 The 2012 ILEETA International Training Conference and Expo will be held April 16-21, 2012 at the Westin Chicago North Shore in Wheeling, IL. Conference registration check-in will begin on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. Come early and participate in the ILEETA Flatfoot 5K fun run which starts at 10 a.m. Proceeds will benefit the Concerns of Police Survivors. Classes begin on Monday at 8:00 a.m. and conclude Saturday at 5:00 p.m. On Tuesday and Wednesday, the ILEETA Expo will feature the latest in law enforcement and training technology and services. Tuesday’s schedule will include special competitive events to benefit the Trinity of Dedication Foundation. The events Tuesday will include: The ILEETA Cup Live Fire/Simulated Fire Competition, the ILEETA Challenge, and the ILEETA World Cop Donut Eating Championship. It costs only $5.00 to enter each event and participants are automatically entered into a drawing for free conference registration for each event in which they participate.
 Pre-registration is required for all Instructor Certification and Armorer Programs. An additional fee to cover supplies may be required by the instructor for these programs. Fees will not exceed $35.00 and will be paid directly to the instructor. Only one individual per agency will be permitted to attend the certification programs unless there are open positions 30 days prior to the conference. Non-certification programs are available on a first come first served basis. Suitable athletic type clothing is required for all hands on courses. Please refer to the following list when registering for the hands-on programs: mouth-guard, protective cup, duty belt, training gun, training knife, expandable baton, holder and belt for baton classes, and handcuffs with long stemmed handcuff key for any handcuffing programs.
