This program will be issued on Non-Admitted Insurance Company paper. ECM is a licensed Surplus Lines Broker in many states. ECM's goal is to be licensed in every state so they can fully serve our members no matter where they may be. ECM adds approved Surplus Lines States as fast as they can. As those states are added, this program will be added to each applicable state. Because of regulatory issues, the state of Wyoming and the Territory of Puerto Rico will not be approved to receive this program. The program will be available shortly in Rhode Island.
